By selecting damage protection for your rental, you agree to the following terms:

Coverage

  1. This optional damage protection fee covers accidental damage to the rented item(s) during your rental period
  2. Coverage begins when you receive the item and ends when we confirm its return
  3. Maximum coverage is limited to the replacement value of the rented item(s)

What's Covered

  1. Accidental damage during normal use
  2. Minor wear and tear beyond normal rental use
  3. Accidental stains, tears, or breakage

What's NOT Covered

  1. Intentional damage or misuse
  2. Theft or loss of the rented item
  3. Damage resulting from negligence or failure to follow care instructions
  4. Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs

Claims Process

  1. Report any damage immediately upon discovery
  2. Provide photos and a detailed description of the damage
  3. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of returning the item
  4. We reserve the right to inspect damaged items before approving claims

Your Responsibilities

  1. Use the rented item as intended and follow all care instructions
  2. Return the item by the agreed-upon date
  3. Report any pre-existing damage within 24 hours of receiving the item

Refund Policy

  1. The damage protection fee is non-refundable once the rental period begins
  2. If you cancel before the rental period starts, the fee will be refunded with your rental payment
